Samuel Vlodinger
Samuel is a managing partner at AP Partners and serves as a chairman in different companies. For the last 20 years, Samuel has been an active chairman of portfolio companies, including: leading processes of M&A, IPO’s, growth management and exits.
For the seven years prior to AP Partners’ establishment, Samuel was a senior partner in FIMI PE fund, the largest and most successful PE fund in Israel. In 1996, Samuel founded a PE Investment firm and led numerous transactions of investments in industrial companies.
Since 1978, and until he joined the PE investment world, Samuel served in executive management positions in Digitronics Israel Ltd. (a high tech company which he co-founded) and for 11 years in Tadiran Ltd., then the largest Israeli high tech company (1B$ turnover). Tadiran was involved in military and commercial communication systems and products as well as various consumer products manufacturing. During his tenure at Tadiran, Samuel spent six years in the US running the US Telecommunication group of Tadiran.
Samuel graduated with a degree in Engineering from the Technion Israeli Institute of Technology. Samuel is married with three children, and lives in Kfar Shmaryahu. In his spare time, Samuel enjoys mountain biking, gardening, carpentry, Bonsai plant growing, and cooking.


Israel Shliser
Israel Shliser is a managing partner at AP Partners and serves on the Board of Directors of several companies, including G.L.V. International, Harmoniz Seeds Group, Topgum Industries, Watershed, Blazepod, and others.
He began his career in 2005 as a consultant in the Transaction Advisory Services division at EY, where he worked on a range of private equity transactions. Israel led projects worth billions of dollars across multiple sectors, focusing on strategic planning, valuations, mergers and acquisitions, project financing, profitability improvement, and company audits.
Before his tenure at EY, Israel practiced law at one of Israel’s top law firms specializing in bankruptcy, liquidation, and corporate rehabilitation. Israel served as a commander in an IDF elite unit.
Israel holds a BA in Accounting and an LL.B. in Law, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is a certified public accountant and a licensed attorney. Israel resides in Petah Tikva with his wife and five children.


Hagai Stadler
Hagai Stadler is a founding partner at AP Partners, bringing extensive expertise in leadership, investment, international growth, scaling businesses, and driving innovation across diverse industries.
Hagai serves as an active chairman of: Harmoniz, an international breeding house specializing in the development, production, and marketing of tomatoes and other vegetable seeds; TopGum, a leading manufacturer of premium supplemental gummies for the functional food and nutraceutical markets; and Uniqor, a trailblazer in refrigerated transport with its fully electric, energy-efficient Transport Refrigeration Units.
Before founding AP Partners, Hagai was the CEO of Algatech, a global leader in the micro-algae industry based in Israel’s Arava Desert. Under his leadership, Algatech expanded its operations, becoming home to one of the world’s largest Photo-Bio-Reactor facilities, and achieved a significant exit. The company supplied active ingredients derived from micro-algae to major international brands in the pharmaceutical, food supplement, and cosmetics industries.
Previously, Hagai was the Israeli partner at Grovepoint Capital, a London-based private equity firm managing over USD 2 billion in assets, led by Mr. Bradley Fried, now Chairman of Goldman Sachs.
Hagai also served as a Major in the Israeli Navy, commanding six patrol boats, exemplifying his leadership and strategic expertise.
He holds an MBA and an LLB, both awarded with distinction, from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a BA in Economics and Logistics from Bar-Ilan University.
Hagai resides in Ra’anana with his wife and four children. An avid swimmer, runner, and outdoor enthusiast, he is passionate about reading and writing. He is committed to community involvement, actively supporting Afikim, a charity empowering children from low socio-economic backgrounds, and dedicates his time to social initiatives aimed at making Israel a better place.


Eyal Hevroni
Eyal is a managing partner at AP Partners. Eyal brings with him 15 years experience in the Israeli financial markets. Eyal has been involved in the initiation and structuring of transactions and investments for institutional and private investors, as well as fundraising and financing for public and private companies totaling billions of shekels.
Eyal was a partner and investment manager in a private hedge fund “Omega”, which manages 200 million NIS, and specializes in the small-cap sector. Prior to this, Eyal was a head of Equity in Migdal Insurance Company, managing around 7 billion shekels.
Eyal was an analyst of real estate, finance, and telecom services at Psagot Investment House, and an analyst and consultant for Foresight, which provides research and strategic consultation services, and at EY in the Tax and Economic Departments.
Eyal served in an ISA special operations unit for five years and as a Commander in an IDF elite unit. Eyal was awarded the President’s Medal of Excellence for his outstanding military service.
Eyal graduated from the College of Management with a bachelor’s degree in business and accounting.
Eyal lives in Shoham with his wife and three children. Eyal likes to run and ride in the mountains, and travel across the land of Israel.


Roy Kerem
Roy is a Principal at AP Partners, bringing experience in strategy, operations, and business development. Before joining AP Partners, Roy worked as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he led and contributed to diverse projects across industries such as Financial Institutions, GrowthTech, Energy, and Insurance, specializing in strategy development, operational excellence, and project management (PMO).
Prior to BCG, Roy served as a Business Development Manager at Electriq, driving growth initiatives and strategic partnerships. Earlier in his career, he served as a commander in the Combat Intelligence Division (unit 869).
Roy holds an MBA from London Business School and a B.A. in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Reichman University in Herzliya.

Uniqor, formerly Smart Cooling, is revolutionizing refrigerated transport with its fully electric, energy-efficient Transport Refrigeration Unit (TRU). Established in 2015 as Israel’s exclusive importer of Hwasung Thermo diesel units, Uniqor leveraged its founders’ expertise in transport refrigeration to create a TRU with higher energy efficiency, independence from the vehicle’s power source, and cost-effectiveness. Through its proprietary OpenBox technology, the TRU delivers consistent, reliable cooling, enhancing inventory safety and operational efficiency.

Watershed
Watershed was founded as a spin-off from Colors Farm Ltd., which has been a pioneer in water agriculture for over 25 years, operating at a quarry in the Arava region.
The company aims to serve as a biotechnological platform in water agriculture, focusing on maximizing both existing and new fish farming areas through advanced technological innovations. By leveraging its unique advantages and strategic collaborations, Watershed seeks to develop a distinctive, profitable, impactful, and sustainable regional business.
Watershed specializes in the breeding of new species and cutting-edge developments, utilizing, among other techniques, advanced molecular biology applications and CRISPR (genome editing) technology.
With a focus on biosecurity, the company operates a highly equipped and advanced breeding farm. It is supported by a professional and diverse team with decades of accumulated expertise.
